"We have done business with A Plus for 20 years, we had our taxes done this year was advised after the taxes where done before it would be e-field it had to be review by someone else. We would get a e-mail advising the e-file was completed within 2 days.. on the 3rd day of no e-mail I called the office to speak to a manager which the receptionist would not pass me to. Now I am so irate with the service and the assistance after having my taxes done. I don't know if they have E-filed by taxes and I need to go ELSEWHERE to have them done over. NO WAY TO TREAT A LONG TIME CUSTOMER."
