"I was transferred to this doctor when my Daughter’s doctor retired I have not met this doctor because the ladies at the front desk are so discouraging and unhelpful that I didn’t even want to take my daughter there because of them! Dr Lin should really consider who he puts as a point of contact front desk employees represent him and they’re not making a very good impression they’re very unhelpful when I walked in they were both on their phone and had me hold while they decided on what to purchase!!! And sent money to each other’s account!!!! They were very unprofessional I automatically walked out called my provider and switched my daughters doctor I hope this Dr. reconsiders who he has representing him because he’s losing a lot of patients he definitely lost me!! Front desk of a business is the first face you should see when you walk in should be pleasant and helpful and encouraging this was not the case I wish the best for this doctor but I really would considered new assistants"

"The dr is good but the Medica assistants have no idea what they are doing. I would not trust them with my child. One ma measurements is way off if she doesn’t know measurements she shouldn’t be in the medical field. I definitely wouldn’t trust either one of them giving my child shots."
