"Had the worst experience ever at this location. The dr totally dismissed everything I said, ignored my pain, didn’t ask any questions, would not examine me. He was fat phobic and told me to eat slowly and chew my food. I told him I literally had a measured half cup of broth. I hadn’t been able to keep anything down for 5 days was up all night for 5 days in severe pain with vomiting and diarrhea. He talked to me like I was stupid. Spent less than 3 minutes with me. So I went to emergency room come to find out it was my gallbladder. I don’t know his name but he is a little tiny man with a walking cast and he rides a scooter through the office. What a POS. I left there in tears. The office staff is great and I’ve never had an experience like this there before but I will never go back."

"I talk to the manger here she gave me missed information about my son labs and insurance telling me I can CALL and reorder the form and switch my insurance!Which is not true I called back they are telling me different and I have to go in person and do it ? Am on hold with the calling center because no one can give me the direct line to get anything done ! Honestly this whole company has a bad way of not communicating effectively and also not sticking to the same story ! Every weekday I have to call to try to sort things out and do their job for them because how incompetent they are ! Over some lab work ? Please I will not trust these people for my health or my son if they can’t figure that out not even the receptionist ! This is very frustrating , very unprofessional and poor work ethics! I recommend going to the Bay Area where people do care and also for scaling scale fee cause you don’t have to talk to two dozen people to get one thing done ! This company also don’t put things the medical chart when they should ! I had to keep calling and talk to another manger to try to out things in my chart Thats Is super important when it’s should be the medical professionals job"

"My worst experience so far, I had severe sore throat and sinus congestion and couldnt get an appointment with my primary physician cause she was booked so I had no option but to go to this clinic. The nurse David Perez had no idea what he was doing, and the Dr. Alexander Steiner came in for like a sec and didn’t care enough to even listen what was the reason for my visit, very disappointed super unprofessional physician, I definitely don’t recommend this place!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Worst experience I have EVER had in a doctor's office. Anthony Ogbodo got angry at me for having more than just one symptom, refused to treat me for more than one symptom. Barely listened to me for less than two minutes then proceeded to lecture me for almost ten minutes repeating over and over that I was only allowed a fifteen minute visit for one symptom and that I was taking up his time and all the other patients time. He told me how he was going to get bad reviews and chewed out by other patients. I was so shocked and taken aback, as I had already waited an hour past my appointment time and was very understanding that they were busy and was in no way upset about having to wait my turn. I could not for the life of me understand what I had done to deserve to be treated with such disdain. This was after the last few phone appointments that he refused to listen to my issues and gave me less than two minutes of his time. As my symptoms have gotten worse and progressed, I had no choice to request an in office visit in the hopes he would listen and help me get the care I needed. I don't normally cry but I left that office in tears feeling humiliated and dismissed. I do not recommend Anthony Ogbodo, you will not get the care you need. He seems like a very angry miserable person."

"I'm here right now. Been to every branch for this company in Stockton and they are all demons. In so many words I'm an begging this again right now that I have to pass out from asthma to be seen.I have 4 pumps left g non of them care. One gave me an appointment for the 30th & I'm in the parking lot now. If you are signed up here you should leave and if you are considering you have a more sure result in the line for hell."
