"Dr paley refused care to my extremely sick grandmother, and continued to do so as she continued to require life saving care. Dr paley and the staff in his office frequently hang up on myself and my family when we call asking for care and are incompetent and unhelpful when we are able to contact them at all. Do not go to dr paley or anyone at this office for your own safety."

"When this office (Dr. Paley) charges a fee, and you're told they will submit it to your insurance and refund it back to you once paid, but they take their sweet time submitting the claim (knowing they'll get less than you paid), then gets paid by your insurance, and does not refund you, later telling you they will send you a check, but do not, you know it's a scam. Simple as that. Unfair business practices against unsuspecting patients at best, fraud against patients at its worst. [Finally got my refund once I threatened collection efforts and noting I was posting this review.]"
