"I Called for information at front desk. And kindly responded to the representative. Lady picked up at front desk in the morning and was very rude and unprofessional. Someone needs to teach their staff customer service etiquette especially to inbound callers. A rude phone call over the phone really is the face representing your company. You should hire staff members that actually care about their job. If I could rate this 0 stars I would. I have not been talked to this disrespectfully in a very long time. It’s sad that individuals think it’s okay to speak to someone that way."
