"I’m pretty disappointed with the whole experience. I dropped my puppy for his first ever cut(16 weeks old) at 12:30 they tell me to come back at 4:30. I try calling few times while waiting for an update and I could not get ahold of anyone. I show up at 4:30 and they say they haven’t got to him yet? What have you been doing for the past 4 hours?? They tell me to come back at 5:30. I come back at 5:30 and one guy says they were able to use the clippers and another girl says no they weren’t . Which one is it? This place is so unorganized . She said he was crying they couldn’t give him a haircut but they gave him a shower and cut his hygienic areas. I wasn’t told in detail what exactly he was crying about so I could work at it at home , i wasn’t told anything except how much I was owed. I paid 50 plus tip but I learned my lesson. Won’t be returning."

"Brought my little deer head chihuahua "Peso" in for a nail trim today. They took care of him right away even thought he place was slammed. Did a great job and Peso was very pleased too. Thank you , I'll be back for sure."

"My dog,Emme, loves to get groomed here. She pulls me in the door as fast as possible. That says everything about how well she is treated her. The haircuts are also extremely well done. This place is worth every penny."

"They keep the tips for the groomers not the bathers even tho they promise to give u tips. Even tho u gotta work with highly aggressive dogs, that are in an unorganized mess, AND have frequent seizures. It's chaotic. Best part about this place it the cafe next door!"

"I have a 10mo old medium sized dog and it was her 2nd time getting her nails trimmed. She is very skiddish and squirmy, especially in new environments. The staff did a phenomenal job at keeping her calm and handling her. They were quick and efficient and able to get a great job in on her nails! Thank you!"
