She was rude and incompetent and insulted me on the phone then said that she was offended at how I talked to her. See the text picture."

"Posting this on behalf of my mother : No surprise there are already many poor reviews about the owner who so kindly replies to each negative comment below. I look forward to him yelling at me again. I’m writing in regard to a service rendered at this location. I was told to come here by my daughter since this is a franchise. Paid for a puppy cut and came to pick up my puppy. Mentioned my dog was missing her collar. Was told by staff they accidentally put the collar on another dog and sent that dog home. They promised to call the other dogs parents and ask them to return the collar next day. Next day and I’ve not received any word from the salon. Decided to go back in and was given the run around. Finally they said the other dog owners are getting married today and they would be unable to return the collar until Nov 10. A month from now …. I promptly asked the owner to refund a portion of my service because I would now need to buy a new collar, custom name tag, rabies tag and microchip tag. Owner was rude and obstinate. We told them our puppy is stuck at home and can’t leave because we are waiting for her collar to be returned. They promptly laughed in our face. Owner told us no refund and told us to never come back again. We are not welcome there. Let me be very clear. We are kind, normal people. In no way was our behavior abnormal or anything other than curious as to when our personal property would be retuned. This man and his company are rude, unprofessional and frankly cheap. They messed up and refuse to find a solution. This man has no business working with dogs or dog people. If your pets belongings aren’t a priority neither is your pets well being or safety. Sydnee should reconsider allowing him to use her name."
