"Great with dogs but missed a leg on my cat during the appointment. They still charged me full price for the grooming and now that I noticed it all they could offer is to bring my cat back. I’m not local, and my cat is hard to get in the car at all once a year for shots. I was disappointed that the only option is to bring him back in and that they didn’t discount due to an entire leg being left hairy. The groomer stopped because they didn’t want to “push him” and left the leg as is. Didn’t mention anything during checkout. Very very disappointed. Never taking him back there again. $100 for this? No thanks."
"They did a wonderful job with my baby Zeus. He's shy but they were able to groom him and make him smell and feel really soft and clean. They're very reasonably priced and being able to drop him off and come back later made it easy to fit into my work schedule. Feels like they really care about the animals they groom."
