"Horrible place ever, never taking my dog there. They are so rude and completely messed up my dog. This place should not be open."
"They did an amazing job with my Golden Retriever. Complete summer shave down and flee bath. He had a few nicks from biting or playing around, and they cleaned and treated them with care. He doesn't like to go, been they made him feel comfortable, safe, and happy. The price was decent as well! Just give them a call to schedule the appointment."
"Our regular groomer was not available, our 3 Shi Tzu dogs were way over grown, I stopped at Rosa's to see what her shop was like and if she could help us. I was greeted rightaway. her shop was very very clean and she qouted a fair price. Our dogs looked and smelled great. ThankYou. We will be back."
"This place is phenomenal. I adopted a dog from the pound that needed the works. I dropped him off looking like a scraggly little mutt and when I came back to get him he was a completely different dog. I recommend this place. Two thumbs up. Friendly and helpful staff."
"I usually do not enjoy leaving reviews but I believe this one is warranted. We were regular clients who always enjoyed the services but after its reopening the quality of service has gone down. To start off with no one answers the phones, this could be a change in phone line, but it would be appreciated if the number was updated. However, the biggest plight I have with this place is the cuts my dog received during her grooming. My pup received a cut on her cheek and on her snout. Plus, after receiving my dog back one of her eyes was left cloudy and irritated. After a vet visit we were informed that either a small scratch or irritant got into her eye. I understand that accidents happen, however it is very unprofessional to not disclose those incidents with the pet owner. In addition, the owner was rude when we pointed out some faults with the hair cut and we were hotly commented with a " If you don't like it go somewhere else" this not only highlights the owners disinterest in her clients but shows there unwillingness to make things right. At the end of the day, come here at your own discretion and I hope this place can make the the necessary changes to become a better dog grooming establishment. FYI. The nylon bows that were once offered for free with the grooming package are now $6, with the pandemic I can see why this would affect prices but at least offer higher quality bows."
