"I been a customer of Carousel since 2005 with several of the family pets. A couple of years ago my daughter advised me to stop taking my dogs there since they had dropped a dog and it died. In spite of this I insisted they were great and accidents happen but today I was treated very badly. First they could not find what was the usual amount they charge me and made up a number with a very high increase after just being increased the last visit a few weeks ago, so I questioned the amount and I was told to pay the previous amount (which already had an increase) and then I was told pick up your dogs an never come back! After 17 years of being a good customer this is the way they treat people. Awful service!"
