"If I could rate this place less than a star, I would, so disappointed. I have a 40 pound golden doodle. First she quoted me $80 and said that she could groom her then she texted me that she is all matted and cannot groom her and that she will need to go a tiny bit shorter. I show up and she’s completely shaved not to mention her eye lids were red because she cut her. Also found cuts all over her tummy. Not to mention she was all uneven all around. Please tell me why she charged me $145. Please save your dog and your money and take them to a reputable groomer that will take the time to groom your dog."

"This lady gave me a discounted price 5 dog $ 50.00 each $ 250.00 and reduce price on a puppy from $35-$30 just to bath she said she couldn’t cut puppy just bath, grand total $ 280.00. On picking up my dogs she told me I owed her $300 I told her the total came to 280 she said it was too much work she had to charge extra I asked her why didn’t she call me to confirm , that I gave her $180 cash and she still charge my card $280.00 The whole time she wanted to hold a little card transactor had I not asked her to see if myself take it from her hand to mine I never would’ve noticed that she had charged me the $ 280.00 I brought it to her attention be very Careful here"

"I asked the owner if she know how to groom a yorkie and she said she had 15 years experience. She cut my Yorkie ‘s hair so short literally she shaved her all over. My Yorker looks like a chihuahua even shorter. I am shocked . Don’t trust her she lies"

"Came here bc someone had recommended this place to me , she cut my dogs whiskers without asking me , she over cut my dogs nails that 2 of them were bleeding my dog was limping for a week and I had to put medicine and wrap his paws, she cut him on his private and when I mentioned it , she lied and said it was that he was full of ticks when that is a lie bc I’m from NY and I give him tick medication so I know he didn’t have any, All I wanted her to do was apologize bc I know mistakes happen but to sit there and lie to me ? Is so unprofessional, then when I asked for a refund bc she had did such a bad job she didn’t reply to me anymore."
