"Friendly staff on the phone and in person, but very disorganized and honestly unsure if they are licensed. I called on a Sunday to make an appointment for Monday, they said they were closed for training so I made an appointment for Tuesday at 10am. Upon arriving they did not recall me calling and making my appointment. As one of the few places that accept cats, I was quite surprised. They penciled me in and I dropped off my cat. They didn’t look busy, but one of the techs complained she was supposed to leave. 4 hours later when I picked her up, her butt was still wet and her nails were jagged and fraying. Plus, she had big black smears on her face (nose), I’m assuming from the dirty cage she was put in as my carrier was sitting in the counter when I walked in. And she kept scratching like she was sensitive to the shampoo even though their website says they use gentle products. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff and accommodating cats, I just expected a better service."

"I’ve taken two dogs there. The ladies are very nice. Last time I brought my dog home and realized her deux claws weren’t clipped. I called and they said they’d do it if I could come back. I returned and they clipped the claws and gave my dog a free teeth cleaning. They are reasonably priced for the area."

"I am in love with Shayna, the owner. That sounded weird, but she cares for my pups and has for years. She is patient and kind and has helped us so much, esp with my dogs that hate having their nails done. She is a gem"

"The BEST grooming shop! Shayna and all the staff are AMAZING! My dog started going to Shayna when she was 3 months old and she’ll be turning 5 soon, nearly 5 years of grooming with Shayna! Not only my dog, but Shayna has also groomed ALL of my family’s dogs too (4 additional dogs). The care the dogs get is unbelievable and everyone there is extremely patient too. My dog always comes out looking phenomenal, smelling great and happier than a clam rocking her new hair cut. She gets so excited when we pull up to the shop and nearly drags me in knowing it’s one of her favorite places to go with all the staff loving on her."
