"Best grooming I have found. Just hard to get in to because they are so good"
"I love the service that they provide. My yorkie loves to play with his friends and he is always happy to go get groomed."
"Our Shepard has arthritis in her back and spending all day at a groomer causes her to over exert it. Dawg's understood and made arrangements with us to get our dog there early in and out to minimize the pain. She looks 100% clean and groomed. She loves going there, so clearly they treat her well there. We've taken her there several times and always same great service and result."
"I loved the concept of the open space and really wanted this to be "our groomer". The first trip was good. However, our second visit there, when I picked up Doug (our dog) I immediately noticed his eyes looked red...my dog is very excited when I pick him up (jumping, circling around me, etc) so I did my best to quickly pay and get into the car. Upon getting home I noticed goop (shampoo I presume) dripping from his eyes, and his eyes appeared as though thick eye drops had been dropped into the eyes (not saying that's what happened, just describing how it looked). I understand it's not easy to bathe a dog, accidents happen. What bothers me is when I called to ask if there had been an issue, they said no and that nothing is/should be in his eyes. So moreso than the incident itself, it was concerning to me that nobody recognized this mistake had happened. The groomer we'd previously took him to (who had a schedule change that conflicted with my availability) and one other "non-regulsr" groomer had always told me that Doug obviously isn't happy to be groomed but that he just stays still and cooperates. So it feels unlikely that he would have been thrashing and uncooperative. However, I don't know what happened because those who were entrusted to his care apparently hadn't noticed the very obvious goop. Anyway, he was physically ok, no long term effect. But like I said, disappointed that this happened because I love the open concept!"
"Great team of groomers. Natalie is wonderful and caring with my fur babies. She's been tending to them for years."
