"Have had problems with the table from day one and have been waiting months for replacement parts. They told me it was sent weeks ago. Also waiting for a refund on a product they don’t have. They offered me a “upgrade” and told me that was being sent out. It was never sent. When I reached out after some time, they told me they didn’t have that one either. It was never communicated. They like to repeat the same things to me and the lag time for a response is laughable. I won’t be doing business with them again and wish I never had. There are better products for less money and companies with far better customer support out there."

"We have owned a dog grooming salon for 36 years and over the course of that time we've tried most every dryer on the market. Being a high volume salon, it's difficult to find dryers that can both perform and also hold up to daily hard use. Before switching over the dryers at our shop to the Shernbao SHD-2600P's, we had been using the Metro Air Force Commanders for many years. But the Shernbao dryers are superior in every way to not only the Air Force dryers, but any other brand dryer on the market. - Way quieter than any dryer out there - Much more powerful (our drying times have been cut in half) - Speed control is spot on and allows easy work on puppies and nervous dogs - Heat option speeds up drying times considerably - Long cord makes finding an outlet easy - Wide stable base keeps the unit upright if used on a table top - The 4-8' flexible hose is lightweight and very sturdy - The 3 included nozzles are quick to change, don't leak air and can take a beating - The easy release wall mount bracket is strong, well made and perfectly engineered - Well thought out controls for less fatigue - Filter system is easy to clean and does a great job of keeping hair out of the motor - The soft start operation is easy on the motor and easy on the nervous type dogs After drying several hundred dogs with the Shernbao dryers, we are sold. There's nothing at this time that we can fault with them, but there is one thing we'd love to see. A tool attachment accessory that would mount on the wall and hold the extra nozzles when not in use. Even better would be if the extra nozzles could be twisted/locked into place."
