"This is a horrible place. My dog has deep cuts on her skin. And she is terrified now. He charged me $50 and shaved my dog like a skinless chicken. Please don’t take your pet to this man. He does not know what he is doing. I will be complaining this to BBB as well. I am so heartbroken to see my dog in pain."

"I took my 2 shih tzu to him... I asked him not to cut anything if anything to only do the nails and the anal. When I picked up my princesses, I notice that he did what you wanted to do instead of what I wanted. I only wanted a shower and that's it I didn't ask him to touch their fur. Worst place ever I will rather pay $5 difference and take my Shih tzu somewhere else then take them to him. If you care how your dog will end up find yourself a better place. When I arrived, the place was very dusty and it seemed like he had low hygiene with his shop. I was skeptical but I said I'd give him an opportunity. I should have trusted my gut instinct and drove off. So upset! Never ever again will I come here."
