"After viewing all the 5 star reviews, I felt the need to express my disappointment. Supposed to open at 10:00 but at 10:15 no one was there so I decided to come back later because I had a busy day ahead of me. I came back a couple of hours later to order a corsage for an event I was attending later. One employee said that I could pay when I picked up, another employee jumped in and said I had to pay right then cause it was a special order. Maybe I should have asked why the previous customer got to pay for his special order when he picked his up. Hmmm.. But anyway the most disappointing part was that when I picked up my order, initially it looked cute but I was in a rush so I didn’t get to inspect it to much but later I did and there were some withering petals and dark spots on a few places….pictures online were beautiful which is why I chose this place but what I paid nearly $40 for was disappointing….I’m not here to bash anyone’s business so hopefully they will read this and make sure to give every customer from here on out 5 star customer service."

It was crucial that I found a reliable place I could trust, and De Vaze was the best flower shop I could ask for. I spoke with Albert to place my order and the customer service was beyond exceptional! He was so helpful and accommodating to my needs. I was so thankful for him making this experience so easy and pleasant. The arrangement was perfect and the flowers looked fresh and beautiful!
