"This place came highly recommended, so I was appalled to find the condition of my dogs after they got groomed…..two dogs, eight or 10 cuts. Need, I say more. I am extremely upset that they treated my babies in such a callous manner. Even if they offered me a full refund, that would not make a difference to me, but I will try to give others a heads up, or maybe teach Sonny a lesson about how they treat peoples babies!"

"I've been bringing Roxy here for years now. She does not like to have her face trimmed even though she needs it and they always manage to return her looking like a new puppy. My only complaint is they have become so popular now, I have to schedule appointments at least 1 day in advance. Before I could call 30 min ahead and drop her off same day. Still worth the trouble since they do such a great job."
