"I can’t imagine anyone ever saying anything bad about Wendy and her dog grooming service. She is AMAZING. So professional and SO GREAT with the dogs. She grooms both of our dogs and they gladly go into her truck. The worst feeling for a dog parent is to have your dog show signs of fear before they disappear into a groomer’s care. I’ve had a couple of bad things happen to past dogs at groomers. But Wendy leaves her door open and you can watch her work. You can witness how much she loves our dogs which makes me happy. The dogs always look amazing when she is done and she gives them a treat, which they look forward to! We love Wendy and so do Gus and Eva!"

"I’m disappointed with Wendy’s communication skills as a independent business . I gave her chances and I tried to understanding her but it did not work the way I was expect. She texts and confirms appointments and NO shows up , even after you call her to see what’s going on !! she won’t respond till next few days with a excuse. It happens for my last 4 appointments with her . I try to give her a chances because my dogs been happy with her . No doubt she was very kind with my dogs that’s why I tried to do business with her. And I always been so appreciated with her job with 35% Tips on top of her bill. Even I told her to be honest with me if it’s hard for you to come to my location but she said I’m totally fine I will make it work this is business and I love your puppies. Nothing personal but I was a happy client who she makes her so very disappointed specially after our last appointment AGAIN NO SHOWS UP !"
