"I tried coming here for the first time & was looking forward to it because I live close by. I talked on the phone to the owner on Wednesday to schedule an appointment on Saturday / followed up with a text message to confirm. When I came in with my Maltese dog the owner was visibly confused, showing me that the text message was received but he still scheduled over us. He kept referring to my dog by the wrong name and even went as far to ask if he was an English Bulldog (multiple times after corrections). My Maltese doesn’t even remotely resemble an English bulldog. The owner just seemed far removed from his business and very disorganized as a person. It doesn’t feel good to have my time disrespected, and it sure left as bad an impression as possible. I would have left 0 stars if possible! I would not recommend this place for first time dog owners coming here. Maybe recurring customers get the special treatment?"

"Amazing service. I used totske my Dog to Petsmart, I'm sorry I didn't find this place long ago. GREAT SERVICE. Very friendly groomer and my Dog.doesnt cry when I t a ke him here. He use to have anxiety every time we'd drive up to the other place. I give this place 10 out of 10!!"
