"My friend took her puppy there and when she arrived, one of the employees was shaking the puppy from his face! She yelled and told him to stop. All she was told was “sorry, he is a new employee!” Bad service! Please don’t bring your puppies here."

"Took the family Maltese based off a recommendation and could not be more horrified at the result. Our dog is so friendly that even the staff commented on it- very cooperative when we clip her claws ourselves. Even so, the groomers kept having “complications” and delaying our retrieval of her in increments of 15 minutes until way after their closing time. When she was given to us 1 hour late (2 hours there total), she was crying and had several scrapes and gashes on her neck, back, rear, and stomach with visible dried blood drops. It seems like she was cut several times while removing the matting in her fur."

"I took my dog here and was excited because I follow them on IG and Tiktok…psh worst mistake ever. The groomer was so incredibly rude, just talks to you like you’re dumb. I asked for a specific haircut on my mini schnauzer as I don’t like the traditional schnauzer cut. He seemed so annoyed that I was requesting a certain look he started giving me so much attitude. I think maybe sometimes dog groomers get annoyed when requesting certain looks but there are ways to talk to PAYING customers. Take your money elsewhere if you don’t want to feel like a piece of trash after spending money here."

"I’ve never been the one to complain or do reviews but today I took my dog to get groomed and the guy was just rude. He cut my dogs hair and just handed him over to me full of hair everywhere and didn’t even trim he's hair right ! This is my second time first time and last !"
