"Left my friends Frenchie in a cage for 3 hours no checking on them, no cooling system and called once he was already over heating. They were very careless in how they treated the animals and my friend. When he came to pick them up the other dog was on the verge of dying he had to rush her to the vet to save her it was to late for the male sadly. All the owner told him was "I'm sorry this has never happened before." Please don't take your animals here they are very careless and I wouldn't want anyone else to experience what my friends family is going through."

"A friend of mine took his dog here, and his dog was left in a kennel for almost 3 hours with no AC and ended up having a heat stroke and died. Please do not take your dog here! They are so careless."

"I used to take my dog there they were ok but the last couple of time they started to raise their prices very bad every time $5 dollars extra and today they raise the price $15 when I ask why they said your dog was hard this time that’s absolutely unprofessional way it’s their job to deal with all kind of dog my dog 20 lb only and he doesn’t bite the price for today was $85 and for sure I am not going there anymore they don’t even do good job to my dog look to the pic"

She gave me one price but when I picked up my pup she over charged me. Other groomers have told me how sweet my girl is but I was charged because they said she gave them a hard time. She was shaking uncontrollably for hours after I brought her home. DON't bring your pet here!!!!! The women is rude, nasty and a total weirdo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"What an amazing place. My Lemmy was treated and handled with such loving gentleness. And the ladies are extremely kind and caring. I've taken my Lemmy to other groomers when we arrive he trembles and when I pick him up he's trembling, when we arrived here he was trembling but when I picked him up he wasn't trembling! He actually layed his head on her chest with trust. Love it!"
