"1st of all the ladies barely understand what your trying to inform them. They shaved my dogs hair way too short which now I realize is a main issue according to others reviews on here. Their cuts are super uneven. My dogs face area looks super unprofessional. It looks like someone unexperienced did the job. They charged me $55 totally NOT WORTH IT!! On top of that I also noticed a small cut by my dogs ear. I know accidents happen but it would have been nice for them to at least notify me bout the incident instead of me finding out myself!!! Definitely not goin back I don't recommend this place at all. Unless you don't mind paying for a trashy service."

"I brought in my Pomeranian for a bath/haircut and showed them a very specific picture of how I wanted him cut. When I came to pick him up. He was completely shaved. Anyone who knows and grooms poms know their coat will never grow back the same after it’s been shaved. My Pomeranian looks so naked and uneven throughout."
