"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Being a business owner I am looking to get commercial insurance, NOT 1 call from the rep after multiple attempts, their response “ we are not the only ones that carry commercial insurance, you can go anywhere else” so with that being said I will take my fleet of vehicles and insure them else where. Commercial insurance rep you are a joke."

"I called this insurance business to talk with my agent name Roxana and was told she will call me back since she is little bit busy now. I called to discuss about my insurance policy and It's been more than three weeks now and have not receive a call back from her, meanwhile I sent a brief email but never got any response either. I have worked with other insurance agents who are not negligent like this insurance agent. I would never recommend anyone to signup for policy here. You need to have an agent who is responsible when receive a call from clients."

"I was involved in a hit and run TWO weeks ago. I filed a police report, went to the doctor and discovered a sprained shoulder, and called my insurance immediately. I pay my insurance on time every month, and it's now been two weeks since I've been able to speak with anyone re: help in this matter. I was able to connect with the weekend insurance claim person to take my report, and when I briefly spoke to the claims adjuster on the phone she was extremely rude and made me feel like I was at fault. I was hit while my car was in the parked position, and the other driver drove away! I consulted with a lawyer who urged me to file a case, but I decided against it. When I tried reaching out to the insurance agent and claims adjuster, I was told that BOTH my claims adjuster and insurance agent are "on vacation."Every time I've tried to call to reach out to someone, I've been hung up on or my voicemail is cut short. I've been borrowing my friend's car and my car is just sitting in the garage, until I can get it fixed. Meanwhile, I've lost a whole week of work in addition to suffering from severe anxiety and pain from my sprained shoulder."
