"I've been treated by doctors all over the world, and this is probably the worst experience. Had a great new patient visit with doctor, then it went downhill. Fast. He ordered tests. No one followed up with me with results. Called and spoke to office manager, twice, who promised me doctor would call me back to discuss results. 6+ months later, nothing. Called and ask to pick up my medical records. Secretary insisted that I have to pay $.25 per page. Sheesh."

Non-existing referral system. They take the capitation check and string you along withholding access to care. Run like your life depends on it. It could!"
