"Customer support is literally a joke, and not a fun one! They could not care less about users, not even if you pay thousands of dollars every year! Years ago, they used to take care of your issues right away, and put customer first. Now, the target is customer's wallet, not customer's satisfaction. I have raised a ticket 2 weeks ago, and it feels like the person in charge would care more about about a fly farting on the other side of the globe. They keep adding useless features to their software, it triggers countless glitches and here I am as a customer in the middle of this: in the better case scenario I find the solution by myself (because you absolutely don't want to contact their support who has no idea what so ever about how to use the software), in the worst case scenario, I have no choice but to raise a ticket and pray for some of the devs to be involved. Find another software for you management purposes, this one is not worth the trouble."
