"I’ve been getting my dog groomed here for two years because of the convenient location but I think they’ve only gotten the cut right on 2 occasions. Their staff frequently changes and even with note cards and repeated reminders when I drop him off, they still don’t follow instructions. Our last visit they kept my dog for six hours and in addition to cutting his tail which I’ve asked them every time not to, his coat was jagged and uneven. I really want to support small local business, disappointed I can’t here. Two stars for cleanliness and because my dog doesn’t seem upset when he’s there."

"I love how much they care for the doggies. Not only do they always come out all cute, they feel loves there. Both my dogs are very spoiled and whine a lot, so I appreciate all their patience. Their hair always looks cute, they smell great, and their nails are always filed. The people that work there always seem in a good mood, so I don't feel uncomfortable leaving my fur babies there."

"First time taking my 6 month old Goldendoodle F1b, Bella to a groomer. They did an excellent job. She says she had a great time exploring, being curious playing with the toys, and hugging all the humans. She is was so happy and very hungry so she ate her lunch, played some more and now she is finally relaxing. Thank you! She looks so cute and fluffy"
