"Dr. Jeremy Busch and his staff are on top of my medical foot care. They have earned my trust and I'm very satisfied with the care I receive at Total Foot & Ankle Center. Due to my diabetic foot ulcers I've been seeing him since February 2021. I highly recommend Dr. Busch due to his expertise and very kind patient service."
"Bunch of idiots working their. They put you on hold than hang up on you. When you call back they put you on hold again than it goes to a busy signal."
"Worst experience I've ever had! My primary doctor referred me to this office for my feet, he submitted a referral to my insurance company and the insurance company approved it after a week. I set an appointment and went there and I was told that the referral is not correct and recommended that I have my primary doctor re-issue a new referral. I went to my primary doctor and they re-submitted a new referral, took the new insurance approved referral to the office of Total Foot & Ankle, and the same thing, they told me it is not correct. For the 3rd time, I asked my primary doctor to re-submit a new referral, my primary doctor office did not see any errors on the referral, but they re-submit it again to the insurance company. After a week, the insurance company re-approved it again, I called their office and they gave me an appointment after 3 weeks. On the day of my appointment, I went there, filled up all the paper work, gave them my ID and insurance card, and waited. The receptionist instructed me to take my shoes and socks, and wait for the doctor to come, so I waited for the doctor to come. All of a sudden out of the blues the office manager (a Hispanic lady with a masculine look that all the office employees seem to be afraid of her) came inside the room without even knocking and told me that the referral is not correct, and that I needed to put on my shoes and take all the paper work to my primary doctor! I finally asked my insurance company for a different Podiatry doctor, whom they approved to go to Empire Foot and Ankle Center in Riverside, I went to the new Podiatry doctor, and their staff and doctor are very friendly. I am puzzled with how unprofessional and rude the office manger is in Total Foot & Ankle Center."
"This office staff and Dr. Ahmed is absolutely the best. The Dr.’s dedication and determination is something rare now days. Along with the supporting staff this office deserves more attention and recognition. Will definitely be letting friends and family know for their future needs as well."
"I arrived to my appointment on Wednesday, November 30th ready to check in, but I was rudely greeted and yelled at to wear a mask by receptionist Jenny and Sandy. I was completely thrown off by their behavior. I was kindly trying to let them know and explain to them that I was not informed to wear a mask, and if they had any extras I can have. I was rudely interrupted multiple times. They stated that they had extra masks they charged for $1. As I was grabbing my wallet to take out my card, I was told that they only take cash. There were no signs in the facility that stated so. I asked if they took any other form of payment such as cash app or Venmo, because I really needed to get my foot checked out but they said no. A patient saw how rudely was I was being treated and managed to get me a mask from their car. I was then threatened that if I don’t leave, they would call the police. Once the police arrived, they talked to the receptionist, then talked to me outside and even suggested that I file a complaint."
