"Amazing customer service! I made an appointment and came in today for an eye exam. It is my first time, but my wife and daughter have been here in the past. The staff upfront and the optometrist that saw me, her name was Jackelyn (I believe, 95% sure lol). It was not Dr. Huyn today. They all were very welcoming, very kind, and very helpful team. What I enjoyed the most was that the front staff was not trying to pressure me into buying a more expensive type of glasses or to add things to the lenses that on my case, would be unnecessary.
