"This review is a little late, but now I'm having to go back to the doctor's again. I was scheduled for surgery Oct 11,2023 when I checked in I was told to l had to pay $1700 up front. I was not aware that I had to come up with that kind of money that day. I was texted with an amount showing the deductible and all but I believed it could make payments. I was told I could not have my surgery without a payment. I had been waiting for 2 years to get this procedure done not to mention I took 2 weeks prior to get all the lab work completed and time from work. You didn't give options for payment. What if this was a critical surgery I needed. I put this on hold during the holidays and now I'm having some pain issues on my right side which is probably from delaying the procedure I needed then. I'm going to attempt to schedule another surgery date but I refuse to have it at your facility. For those asking I needed breast reconstruction due to cancer from 19 years ago. My implants need to be changed"

"My experience there was truly exceptional! Dr. Patel's expertise and care were evident throughout the entire process, making me feel at ease and confident in the care I was receiving. What really stood out to me were the two nurses, Erica and Suzanne. They were not only incredibly professional, but also warm and compassionate. Their attention to detail and willingness to answer all my questions really made a difference in my overall experience. And though I can't recall the tech's name at the moment, their contribution was equally valuable. "Sadly, the reason you are getting a 1 start isn't because the nurses and doctors there. This facility insisted on me paying the deductible, which was already billed by another provider. So on top of the amount due you collected more money than necessary. When I came in for the 2nd surgery, I refused to pay you because you still would owe me money. I've left numerous messages with the billing department (on a recorded line) to contact me to no avail. Then you have the audacity to bill me? For what? You don't even apply the proper credits. Now I'm going to file a grievance with the insurance company against the facility. Not because the facility was horrible, but because this billing company needs FIRED. You had a great company, why did you change? Also, kudo's out to the doctors and nurses and to Alexis and Bree for helping to try and resolve this. Also to Dr. Bhatt's office and his staff who also tried to help. Your billing department is a MESS! Once it is resolved I will set this to 5 starts."

"I just had an outpatient procedure a few days ago, and everything was great. Very clean and comfortable facility. I felt vulnerable going in for surgery and had a lot of anxiety after check-in. The nurses were SO kind and caring. The entire staff was very responsive and competent with wonderful bedside manner."

"The nurses (chris) in this center are rude, uncaring and did the least to make this outpatient experience a pleasant one. The head nurse Karen that should calm the situation was rolling her eyes if you asked too many questions and talk to me abruptly and like you don't understand anything and better get out of their way and sit down at the corner. As if they are not charging the insurance an arm and leg and are working for free. Its is really sad the quality of the health care we pay for..."
