"I have requested a copy of my medical file, I walked into the office, the girl made the copies and the upper staff yelled at her and told her she was not giving them to me. They told me to sit down and I refused being I WATCHED her make the copies. They called me into the office about 30 minutes later when I told them I was NOT sitting down and needed to go to work. They said they would give them to me but were SO BUSY and would fax them. I had signed the paper from my PCP requesting the release of it. This was 2 weeks ago and they were supposed to fax it that same day. I'm watching the calendar because I WILL be filing a complaint with HIPAA. More so after reading the reviews and they had the audacity to tell me to use them again for my next colonoscopy!"
