"I am so upset I sat in the room for 1 hour 10 minutes without a word from the dr the assistant walked me in gathered all the information need and I just sat there. I than went to the front they said the dr was running late due to complications in a surgery and he’s seeing patients now. I than asked why wasn’t I informed any of this I was just left in the room with no idea what’s going on. I was sat in one of the last rooms in the hall and all the rooms were empty the doors open lights off and no one in there so I don’t know what patients I was scheduled as one of the first patient so I don’t know who he was seeing but it wasn’t by check in time. I asked if he could just call since it’s a follow up and nothing needs to be done and they said no so I have to take more time out of my work schedule to go back to this place where they do not value their patients time. I’m a single mom and live off of only my income and they don’t seem to value other peoples time I would give them a zero if I could"

"It takes them 45mins-1hr to send us to the room, then another 45mins-1hr to wait for the PA(Not Doctor). It takes the PA 10 mins to go over everything. It usually takes more than 2hrs to complete an appointment here. I was there for my second appointment, the office was empty and I had to wait the same amount of time. It’s unnecessary to ask for DOB due to privacy. The lady in the front is impolite."

"0 stars for receptionists and customer services. I don't understand why I was referred to this place. Didn't even get to see the doctor himself on my first visit. The only person that treated me nicely was the girl that did my x-ray she was on top of it. Everyone else from the front desk was not competent to do their jobs.I came here last week and trust me all the bad reviews are true."

"I gave this doctor and this office a 1 because 0 wasn’t an option. Save yourself the aggregation of dealing with incompetent people by avoiding this office. I showed up this morning to join my uncle for his appointment. He sustained a broken foot earlier in the week (confirmed by x ray). When I arrived they had taken him back but didn’t know the room number. After several conversations they determined my uncle was in room #10. I was shown into the back; however, no one knew where room #10 was. None of the rooms have door numbers (even though they moved in 3 months ago) so we stuck our head into 4 different rooms until we found my uncle and I guess room #10. In review of the nurse’s paperwork we found that my uncle’s telephone number and email was also incorrect even though he apparently wrote it down for them. They transposed this last 2 numbers and was missing a letter in his email. After waiting nearly an hour, the doctor spent no more than 3 minutes with us. Needless to say, we have no confidence in this office nor the doctor. My uncle will get his surgery with a different surgeon."

"This review has been long overdue. My relatives and I have been referred to this orthopedist by a family physician, indicating that we have visited not once but on several occasions but the experience my parents and I had with my father's elbow was the most memorable. The first couple of times was for my father's elbow by which was shattered in a biking accident. We called this office, and funny enough, not only is this doctor bad but his receptionists are too. Collecting paperwork and documenting whatever's necessary had always been a chore, and there's always a few hours of waiting time in the lobby. Moving on through some time after my father's emergency consultation, he had to wait approximately a week, 7 days and 168 total hours in an arm cast given by the office, to finally to go through surgery. It was unbelievable. As we thought that the issue with his elbow have been resolved, after removing the staples and allowing the bones to heal and grow again, we fast forward a few months later and my father shares how painful and strange his elbow has been functioning (either it be while he's at work or even at home). Mind you, my father is in his mid-40's, working a laborious blue-collar job under an avaricious boss. He needs all the strength he has to get through the day and he's not the type to whine about little pain unless it really interferes with his day-to-day life. Visiting the family physician again, we took another x-ray to see what's wrong. Come to find how careless this orthopedist was and still is in his own profession. A piece of bone left shattered from the bike incident was never removed. Located near the veins of the inner elbow, it had been there since his surgery and this doctor happened to miss it. To say I was upset is an understatement. I had my both my father and mother visit another specialist, a surgeon who has much better reviews than Trieu. And we discovered that this elbow is essentially non-operable; the options were one: my father can attempt to go through another surgery to remove that piece of bone left by the previous and gracious surgeon, but it means that the incision must be made in the inner elbow where all the veins are located. The risks call that my father's arm could be paralyzed had anything go wrong and of course, that's too risky for my family since his strength is what pulls our income. Two, we can leave it be and pray that the pain goes away with prescribed pain medication and that was what we chose to do. In short, I will never recommend Trieu to another potential patient and I sure as hell will never be coming back. I hope this review find others well and if I could reverse time, I wished to have researched more about him before blindly allowing my father to go through this mess."
