"Dear Mr.Walling I have been with you since 2012 in I have been having a magor problem, I,ve even sent you a letter that required your signature. That I'm almost certain you did not receive. I know I'm just a nobody trying to tell anybody I am being treated very wrong in I really thought that the patient's were important but there is one of your staff members that makes me feel like I'm nothing in I've been trying to get in contact with you for (2) years now in I'm talked to like a dog in she keeps telling me that I don't qualify for any studies in I,ve always completed in finished to the end. Because I ask to speak with you she has made sure I don't get to come to garden grove. Sir I'm asking you please can you give me a call I know your very busy I'm sure I'm looking like I'm the problem if it ever comes across your desk all I am asking is to speak with you please."
