I am very happy with her. She is very proactive. even the receptionist and medical professional LVNs/ Medical Assistant are good and care for the patients well being."

"I am a new patient so I called to make an appt. My first call was excellent and did not catch the womans name who took my call at the South Gate office. She mentioned to call back due to the Bellflower office being at lunch. I called back and the lady named Yolanda answered who already sounded like she was having a bad day, I mentioned I was a new patient and that I had called earlier to book an appt and was not able to due to the above. She gave me a smart answer and instead of being helpful she gave me smart responses like "so did you book your appt, did you need anything from me......and when I told her I was not able to she just said "call back later" very unprofessional especially since I work in the medical field and would never train my staff to take calls in this manner."

"Called for a prescription refill and as soon as I said "hello, I need my prescription refilled" I was cut off by a very rude "please hold" and left on hold for over 45 minutes. I called from a different phone and my call went straight to the answering service. It said for refills press 3, so I did. The answering service said invalid entry, good bye. Horrible customer service and this place is supposed to be helping people with medical needs? This was all before 1 p.m."

"I am beyond upset I just came from this clinic in regards to my children's physical they were not seen because i was 4 min late this is ridiculous i had to take my kids out from school early to make this appointment and they refuse to see my child when they didn't have any other patients.. the girls in the front are beyond rude, ugly attitudes, horrible customer services very unprofessional, can't schedule an appointment right. DO NOT COME HERE !!!!!!! I ALREADY CHANGE MY CHILDREN'S DOCTOR :)"
