"Incompetent medical personnel, lacking in common tasks that reduce long wait times incurred. Arrived at 1040am provided insurance information. At 1156am was called up to verify information and sign 7 pages of information releases. My daughter is still waiting to have her ankle exrayed and it's 1300. She finally was seen from 1308 to 1316 , so in retrospect we should have been told from the beginning that the wait time is long and an appointment is preference. It's too easy to be professional and carry out a daily plan, to be informative to your clients in need of medical assistance. I will never visit this "medical" facility again."
