"My mother and grandmother both went here as they trusted what they saw on TV. They waited over 2 hrs to be seen. Appt was at 11am and didn’t leave the office until 6pm. They said a young lady started examining them in the exam room as she questioned the reason for their visit & they expressed their concerns in regards to their knees. When asked to see when they would be seeing DR. SERRANO they were told he was not available and they were only going to be seeing her a NURSE PRACTITIONER. The NP was upset when questioned about her title. She ended up kicking my mom and grandmother out of the exam room as she became easily upset about them requesting to see DR. Serrano. Please do not lie to your patients and be upfront before collecting any payments. They got up and left as they were not seeking medical attention from this facility anymore and were promised a refund in return . We are yet still waiting to hear back for a refund and hope this review brings them a friendly reminder."

"I’m going to agree with all the bad reviews. I just took my father yesterday July 26, 2022. First of all I didn’t know that my father saw the advertisement in TV. He’s appointment was at 11:15 am and it was 11:46 am when I went to the front desk and ask if the Dr. was running really behind. When another staff member responded, she is always running 30 minutes late. I was a little confused because from my understanding Dr. Serrano is a male. So we waited, I didn’t see any patients coming in or out or being called by staff, not busy at all. The staff where just having a conversation among them selfs all the time we were waiting. It was just my father and a lady waiting as patients. We arrived before that lady and she was called before us. Finally, they called my father almost one hour later (12:03 pm). It was a female, I think a medical assistant. Said, to us good morning. I said, actually it’s good afternoon she said, oh yeah. Personally not to friendly and to talk to her for 10 minutes if so. It was a waste of out time since I drove from Rialto to Huntington Park. One, advise to you staff Dr. Serrano our time is just as valuable like your. I can’t believe that she is always running 30 minutes or more. I understand if few minutes but an hour wait it’s unbelievable. I work in the medical field too and I don’t make my parents wait more then 15 minutes. I don’t think we are going back. If I would of know that it was from TV I would of look at the reviews before going to the appointment. I don’t recommend it honestly, do to bad impression for the first time. That’s not the way it should be on the first visit. Not sure how this office is in business."

"Edit: Now that my father is no longer going to him we have found out the so called meds they sell here did nothing for my father other than taking money from an elderly patient on fixed income! This place is a hoax! My father has been coming here for about a year maybe two, he’s been doing great with the treatment. However the office is ran poorly. He needs a qualified office manager to help run things more efficiently and on time. The professionalism is also somewhat poor. The Dr may be good and know what he’s doing but his “bed side manners” need improvement along with his staff. I’m an age where customer service is so important he should be striving to be better. If the medication wasn’t helping my father I would have told him to stop coming here. I would love to see this office improve and thrive."

"This doctor took advantage of my dad at a vulnerable time in his life. He charged him $80 for medicine that turned out to be probiotics that at sold at the health food stores for $15. Same exact ingredients!! Empty promises for health, never answered our calls for an emergency. My dad is now on dialysis. Shame on you “Doctor”"
