"Do not trust anyone else with your furry babies! Kimberly is the best, shoot from the hip, no BS kind of lady With a patriotic spirit and good downhome values and respect. We love you! Very knowledgeable!"
"Extremely rude and unprofessional. Is being on time and having good communication important? Absolutely!! But you don't have to be super rude about it, it's just not necessary! Yes I was late and my attempted calls were after my appointment time, I also said the words "I apologize" to her at least six times. No excuse but have you ever had one of those mornings? Yes it was one of those! My review is strictly based on her (Kimberly - the owner) attitude when I arrived. Her body language told me "F-U", she was short, condescending, rude, belittling and patronizing. She told me that I lost my appointment time (ok, valid), that I was rude and she wouldn't do business with me and I could not reschedule if at my first appointment I couldn't be on time or have the decency to call and then a few choice words about "people like me". It didn't matter that there was no cell service available to call (I was coming from Soda Bay), I could tell by the way she interrupted me every time I started to speak. Her attitude was just completely unnecessary and very, very bad business. So if you're human and appreciate doing business with someone who is calm, professional, dignified, helpful, etc., don't do business with Tailwaggers. There are too many other pet groomers in the area with great reviews. I hope this helps anyone looking for a new pet grooming service!"
"I'm having a difficult time reviewing my experience... I'd read the previous reviews prior to calling in, but I try to formulate my own opinions... The call went as described, with the owner sounding very curt, which people often confuse with rude. I'd asked to make a same day appointment as I was passing through town and my tiny poodle was in desperate need of a haircut. Desperate. The owner obliged and I drove in. In a 30ft RV. WITH a trailer. I recommend you do not. The driveway is narrow and there's no where to turn around in a vehicle that size. Immediately, I was "greeted" by what I believe to be her son. Immediately, I was already turned off by his demeanor, as he told me I had to move my rv right as I'd parked. The facilities are dirty. Really dirty. I almost just turned around and left, but I had no idea when I'd be able to have my dog groomed next. I crossed my fingers that they would care about my dog as much as I do. After meeting the owner, I understood why people would be turned off by her via the phone. In person, you can tell she's very matter of fact, yet good humored about it. The good humored part doesn't come across over the phone. I explained what I wanted done to my dog. "About two hours" was the reply. Reluctantly, I left my teeny tiny poodle with her, reversed down the long, narrow driveway, had my girlfriend stand in the street and block traffic as I backed out of a blind crested driveway, then went about my business, waiting for the two hours to be up. By the third hour, I called for an update: "thirty more mins." 45 minutes later, I received a call that she was ready. I went back, but this time parked partially blocking the road, and instead walked down the driveway. I walked in, and saw that some strange, shaved dog has taken the place of what was supposed to be my mop-headed dog. I didn't even want to talk about it. She said something about her hair being matted, so they had to shave her, but I wasn't really listening. I just wanted to leave as I was pretty irritated by the entire experience. I paid my $50 and left and put my review on the back burner for two weeks while I deliberated it. TL;DR - I won't go back again."
