"It is very hard to navigate healthcare when you're on public insurance, but Dr. Niknam's office really stands out in their service. They offer in-person or phone appointments, they have a smooth process for checking you in, so that once you see the doctor he already knows what you're there for and is prepared, and then the person who closes you out is already prepared with a list of all the follow-up you discussed with the doctor. In addition, little things happen such as a call dropping in a phone appointment, but they faithfully call you back without any information getting lost. And last but not least, I've been consistently treated with kindness, even during the stressful days of COVID lockdowns a few years back. All of this professionalism is such a relief compared to most other doctor's offices I've visited while with LA Care. I really appreciate this care."
