"I was looking for a podiatrist in the Torrance area and someone at Little Company of Mary recommended this office. As a new future patient I called to inquire for an appointment. The receptionist or person that answered the phone at 9:03am was so rude! Her tone was so negative’ what type of customer service do they provide? Is this a reflection of what the doctors are treating their patients? Has she heard of professionalism? Or first impressions? Doctors time for a new person to represent you"
