"I went to Jason for sciatica pain due to bulging discs in the lower back. I had never been to an acupuncturist, but I was extremely pleased with the experience. "When I was seeing Dr Jin, I just got back from my trip which during my foot was injured. I had bone misalignment along with ligaments. When I walk, there is tension and tightness on my foot which prevented me from using my foot with full motion. Dr. Jin gave me acupuncture on my hands and on my shoulder. Before he would put the needle in, he would let me know the sensations I would possibly feel and explain to me those sensations are natural and how to embrace any uncomfortable feelings which is super helpful. It put me at ease right from the start. When I focused on my breathing as I followed his instructions while getting needled, it really made the whole process very calm and smooth. He would let me walk around after a few needles and asked my feedback and put more needles and asked me to walk again. After two rounds of needle, I could feel lighter on my foot and the tightness has gone tremendously. It was an amazing result for a short session.
