"I had a really poor experience with this office. The staff were really nice but my NP Ndubuisi Obioha was really unhelpful. I took an ADHD assessment and he literally didn’t know how to interpret them to give me a proper answer. He didn’t have a confident answer for any of my questions and I had to keep asking to get any information from my results. I felt really left in the dark and really frustrated. Instead of actually going over my results and telling me what parts of ADHD I suffered most with her just told me what I scored and asked if I wanted medication or not. When I pushed for more of an informative answer he couldn't give me anything. Felt like he wasn't a trained professional. Would not recommend"

"The office is alright, but if you are assigned to Dr Aborabeh Mahmoud, move on. My Board Certified sleep medicine Dr, was going to Rx two of the three meds I need for sleep, and Dr Ehab's office, the third. I had a head impact as a child, and eventually lost all ability to sleep. When I discussed with Dr Mahmoud the situation, and my meds regime, he told me he was fine to Rx all three. I did not ask Dr to do that, but relied on what he told me, and Notified my prescribing Neurologist and sleep medicine doctor, that Dr Mahmoud would take over prescribing, I believed there was no problem. I did not ask this Dr to Rx all three. He told me he would, but 4 months later, refused to Rx, when one of the three prescriptions needed a new Rx. Dr was neither direct or honest with me. I had to call the next day as my PCP told me to do, and an Assistant said "Dr changed his mind." Now, I cannot get an appointment at the sleep Dr for more than 6 weeks, meaning I will not have the Rx I need for sleep, until I can explain to the sleep Dr the situation, in June. I is currently April... If Dr Mahmoud tells you he will do something, you should be prepared he will not act as agreed, and with no Notice. Not professional."

"The office staff are extremely rude, do not follow up with calls, and are very incompetent with how to handle situations. I was misinformed by the office staff, usually youngsters who aren’t correctly informed, particularly ABOIT insurance. I wish for them proper training to benefit their skills . The top boss was extremely rude and chauvinistic toward me when there was an issue with my insurance claims, which is their billing department responsibility. They have difficulty comprehending patient needs for particular situations. They won’t give you answers about accommodations (forms for disability) BEFORE going through a whole intake, they require just to go through with it the whole process not knowing if you needs will be met for a long while . I will pass on this place."

"Wish i could do negative stars, Nurse practioner was 15 mins late. Talked with me for less than 10 mins. I told the office and her that i have concerns about add. I mentioned that i do have anxiety depression but that i think they could be symptoms of undiagnosed add. She was ready to prescribe me medications for a/d but said i have to schedule apt with office to "take a test for add". When i called the office they informed me the test is not covered and costs 125$ WTFFFFFF. The reason its not covered by insurance is because there is no such test that can diagnose add. You can be evaluated and diagnosed. Why would she only talk to me for 8 mins and not try and evaulate me. Do not watse your time here."
