"Possibly the worst customer service I ever received from a company. Nasty arrogant rude agents. I received a defective pump and the company refuses to replace it. Tells me I need to go to the manufacturer directly even tholugh they sold it. Phoenix device comes with physical damage out of the box. Again, they refuse to replace it or deal with it at all. When you call in, they followup with an automated email stating that support is coming but it never does, in my experience. Whether their Phoenix products works or not is an unknown at this point. The fact is, IMO, their customer serice is the worst I have ever experienced and if you have a problem with their products, you are on your own."
"I bought one, it arrived broken, and after talking with customer service, they offered to repair it. I don't want a repaired product, especially after paying $900+, I asked for a new one to be shipped, and they refused, so I'm returning it. The director of customer experience is clueless, I explained that I wanted a new one, since I had only owned it for 12 hours, and that should have discovered this prior to mailing, and he said " Inspecting a malfunctioning product is the best way to perform quality control. It allows the manufacturer to see firsthand what the customer is experiencing. WHAT.... No it's not.. Save your money guys, totally not worth it..."
