"Dr.Yeh is a very good and special surgeon. His skill in surgery is incredible. I had two times breast surgery with Dr. Yeh. I felt no pain and only drank Advil. I felt very lucky to meet dr Yeh after I changed my insurance, before I got breast surgery too from other doctor, my breast was swollen for more than a month and drank the painkiller that made me very dizzy and headache. I feel fortunate to meet Dr. Yeh in my life. Dr .Yeh is caring person and pay attention to his patients’ need. Also the front lady, May, is nice and friendly person too."

"I agree with what other reviews said. The doctor may be ok but the front desk woman is rude and unprofessional, not feeling being respected or treated as a patient should be. The overall experience is downgraded to No Star due to unfriendly staff attitude!"

"Good doctor with worst patient service. The lady at front desk is rude and unprofessional. She asks for cash upfront. Then she always tell you about already sent your medical claim. After waited and waited for almost a year (still not seeing any claims), figured she didn't claim at all. Called the office to get information to claim myself, she then said impatiently that she has 2 years to send the claim without any apology, nor giving any information. Called a few times for the next 2 months, rudely asked me to call next time and cut the phone. At the same time, another lab they sent my samples to, sent me a bill because they didn't provide them sufficient medical information. Worst experiences ever. No respect to patient."
