"I have had really unpleasant experience with this insurance agency. Not just this particular location. Poor communication and lack of understanding of client's needs. They got all info and didn't answer any of my questions. A week later I received an assessment stating they don't cover the damage. I knew it without having them to tell me this. I just thought they are going to get in touch with other insurance company, handle this case on my behalf or at least let me know that I need to handle this myself. They just wasted so much of my time. They spent a whole week just to tell me that they don't cover this after my multiple attempts to get some answers ."
