When he was concerned that impacted wax close to my ear drums would be an issue he got me an appointment with one of their ENTs to carefully remove the deposits. The ENT Dr. was such a pleasure and I was done in 15 minutes. With very clean ears and unobstructed ear canals I went back for one more visit to have the molds done. The level of care, professionalism, and kindness was outstanding."
