"If we could give anyone 0 stars, we will to PA - Melissa Rossi. My wife and I went with our 2 years old son since we felt he had some kind of viral strain and Melissa came back with saying “oh it’s some kind of virus strain and just go Home and continue to take telenol”. We were like is it Covid, is it flu, or is it regular cold, or what and she was like “oh ya it can be Covid or anything and so go to ER or go back Home and test yourself for Covid”. We said our baby had high fever around 102 last night at home, she said “oh it’s not high, high fever starts from 104”. I still don’t know how she is still employed at big institution like Sutter if she thinks like this. Such a bad experience, I would not recommend anyone to her."

"Took my daughter here yesterday i wont go into all details , but the the bedside manner of the Dr. Assistant Mellissa Rossi was horrible she came up to us after my daughter tried to give blood she has a phobia of it, and crossed her arms did not introduce herself to me as i never met her and said "so are you going to follow through" my jaw fell open Summer said she could try again and she said well I'll call them now like she just wanted us gone! It took three times with tears and when we were getting discharged Melissa was very robotic just going through the motions no HUMAN KINDNESS FROM MELLISSA ROSSI. So i give mercy folsom 5 stars but physician assistant Melissa Rossi gets 0 , hope you treat your future patients with a better attitude and get some human kindness! Maybe you had a bad day i don't know but if your going to be a Doctor be a good one! Robin Doering"
