"STAY AWAY SAVE YOUR MONEY. IT IS LIKE AM INSURANCE SCAM ***Update: Total cost of my annual visit that should be free based off insurance is now almost $700!!!!!!! In addition to the $375 I already paid I'm also charged another $280 for my annual visit and their finding. ‐------------------------- Almost $400 to establish care with this practice. That is crazy to me. First visit was 15 min and cost $375 it was basically me answering questions I could have filled on a paper."
"I went to drop off my physical form as they requested me to do so I could have it signed. I dropped it off with one of the employees there who was kind enough to hand it to the office for me later since they were already closed. She told me they could have it seen within a week or so and would call me as soon as it was signed. I waited about 2 weeks and called the office to check if they had it signed yet and they told me they apparently lost track of my physical exam form but would call me when they found it or to update me on it as soon as they could. After a couple weeks of no response I had to call them myself and they ended up telling me something completely different than what they had been telling me the during this entire process and that I didn’t need to drop my physical exam form off because I had to do it in person all along on the day of my exam. The main problem is the communication within the office and the consistency of what they say. No one communicated anything to each other, that or it got lost in translation, and so I had to print my physical exam form for the 2nd time and hope for the best. Their employees are very polite and respectful but something is wrong with their communication and the consistency of what they say. So much so that that I can’t get a direct answer or a hold of the main office, even with the help of a customer service employee whose help and effort I appreciated."
"Just switched my provider to Sutter, long story short I had labs ordered on my first visit with Dr. Grove I called to find out my results every day for two weeks before finally being told they had been thrown away, I asked to speak to the doctor multiple times and was told I would receive a call “by the end of the day” from someone regarding my inquiring, no one ever called. Another lab was finally ordered and it has been a week since this second lab sample was taken and I still have yet to receive a phone call with any form of results. I have checked my health online and continued to call regarding my results and am told they will “put a message in to the doctor.” Three weeks for urine lab results is ridiculous, I can’t even begin to imagine if I were waiting on labs for something more serious. This process has been immensely frustrating and aggravating."
"I had visited the office 4 to 5 times and was never able to get your appointment, so sad that I am leaving Sutter without even meeting my primary doctor. My 3 visits to Sutter have been utter waste for my issue with bug bites & infection due to those which am battling for 4 months now. Twice with Urgent care and once with Petra Krupp. I was not recommended appropriate medication which a dermatologist is curing and the medication is doing wonders. Petra referred me to a couple dermatologists who were not available until September/ August and I could not wait that long because am sure Sutter would not take responsibility for the delay in responding to my messages or referring me as urgent & what if something wrong had happened while waiting for the slow paced referral mechanism. Petra did not realize the importance of the issue and was not responding to my emails/ calls on time. I spent $ 649.00 to no avail, please think once if you are willing to spend that kind of amount for no improvement in your medical condition?"
"He is my entire families primary and does a great job listening. He has no problem referring you if your case is complex. He works with you and offers his opinion of whats going on with a course of action but ultimately will ask you what you want to do."
