"If zero stars were possible, I would give negative stars!! This place is the BIGGEST joke ever!! They make an appt for you only to always make you wait literally hours to actually be seen. The women in the office are extremely rude!!"

"Horrible place. They do not answer phone calls. I was on a hold for 25 minutes, no one answered just to schedule an appointment, left voice mail requesting a call back , they did not even contacted me. When you come for an appointment you have to wait 2-3 hours to be called and seen by a doctor. If there would be a zero star I would give a Zero star. I do not recommend anyone to be assignes to this clinic. I will change my clinic and provider."

"The simplicity of answering a phone to provide patients with the necessary informatives, and the like is something this office cannot provide. I have waited over 3 hours for the phone to be answered only for it to be hung up when answered. I am deeply disappointed in the actions derived from the staff, and ultimately the Doctor. There are numerous precise medical diagnoses I have, which require extensive medical attention. Furthermore ,I cannot whatsoever receive these necessary services because the staff doesn’t provide a clear and concise response system to aid in the referral process and to communicate my request, needs, and concerns to the Doctor. Please whatever you do find another primary care physician who values your time, and most importantly the significance of your health. God Bless!!"

"Incredibly disappointed by this doctor's office. It is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a real person. The office staff do not do their jobs at all. And the office director obviously does not read the amount of one-star reviews this office has received. My mom has been waiting for a referral for weeks. This is absurd."

"If there was a zero-star option for this doctor's office I would use it. Impossible to reach a live person. They do not send much-needed referrals. Cannot believe they even let this doctor's office operate. Worst medical clinic ever. Do not care about the quality of their patient services at all. It's like the office manager is from former Soviet Union and doesn't understand how to be a decent human being. What a waste of time this office was"
