"My daughter's six year old son is a patient of both Drs Linda and I sometimes go and sit in on their sessions. We find them both extremely professional, conscientious and kind and can't imagine why people would post such negative things merely because they charge for missed appointments. This is such a normal, reasonable policy--if you don't show up, they can't make anything for that hour that you left vacant."
"I was charged for a missed appointment that I never made. We saw the therapist a couple of times after the alleged appointment and nothing was ever said about it. Person in accounting talked with the owner and the owner said to bad make him pay. After several months of getting nowhere, I decided it to pay and avoid this matter going on my credit report. I gave Linder 1 star, only because the therapist was an incredible guy who truly help my family member. Thank You Glenn. He is no longer with the Linder group, I think he made a wise decision."
"Read the reviews on Yelp and do not come here! Incompetent staff. I was scheduled a month out after giving all of my information. I show up for the appointment and wait. Fifteen minutes after my appointment time I am told I cannot be seen due to scheduling error. I was scheduled with someone who only sees individuals under 25 and I am 30. They then explained that every other Dr. is full and another 3 months would be the wait time. I don't know how a business can run so unprofessionally. I feel bad for people actually seeking help here, if they are a mess up front what does it look like everywhere else?"
