"Stop by for a cup of coffee which was not fresh. The employee on the duty denied the request of making fresh coffee. And when I told him the coffee is not fresh he recommended to reheat that in the microwave. Where is all 7-Eleven cups specifically mention "Do not microwave the Cup." Posting a picture of the cup, along with notice. Not a pleasant experience!"

"The price they show is the price you pay regardless of dates. That’s their responsibility. They cannot charge you the higher price if a lower price is advertised. Don’t let these crooks violate you or California state law. "Staff are always rude there. This place is always messy and nasty. The staff don’t care too much about the customer. I have been there few times a week to get packages and get hot breakfast in the early morning. They ignored me when I needed to check out or order some hot food from them. This afternoon one of the staff used a very bad attitude to explain I can’t use Apple Cash to pay, but he treated other customers better than to me, same as other times that I was there. If I could other place to get hot breakfast, I will leave this place alone."
"I went to this 7-Eleven twice in total: Once last semester and once this spring semester. My first time there went pretty smoothly and nothing was wrong. My second time there the cashier (a different one from the first time) refused to check out my item and refused to let us buy food. He also did this to the customer that went to check his items before us. He refused to let that customer buy pizza. The weird thing is that the cashier refused to check out my items and the customer before me, but was fine with serving a different customer that came after me. I will not be going this 7-Eleven again after that experience."
