"Walgreens, this is a 10 star review of The stellar service I received from one of your associates…Koua M. I have made two trips to your Arden Way store to submit historic photos to be converted to a DVD. Evidently, this is not a common request. However, Koua Is the guy who knows it! During my first trip, the employee who graciously offered to help me, did not know the process. However, he knew the right person who did. It was Koua. He efficiently and in a timely way, processed that order. And with a lovely smile. Today, I came in with six orders for the same process. I asked for him and he came out quickly. The way he efficiently handled my lengthy order is a testimony to Walgreen’s ability to hire and retain professionals like him. I hope Koua M. is recognized for his outstanding customer service."

"I do not know what has happened To the pharmacy here- it used to be very timely. I have had really long wait times- up to an hour- even with few people in line. Automatic prescriptions aren’t ready, it has really been frustrating and it seems like the pharmacists are understaffed."

"This has consistently been the worst pharmacy with an insanely high turnover rate!! In several years of coming here Abdullah has easily been the best they’ve ever got! I really hope he stays and this place works on their consistency. I have had to explain to several pharmacists how to do their job over the years. They’ll seemingly hire anyone"

"I been coming here for my pictures and the first time I came in to pick up they weren’t even printed out and had to be done on the spot, that’s why they get 4stars but I gave them another try! I had a professional shoot done so I wanted to print them poster size which I did 16x20 and they came out amazing!!! My order was right on time(within an hour) of placing order through my phone. I was so thrilled that I had to order some more poster sized pictures! thank you so much for awesome work:)"

"What has happened to the Walgreens pharmacy? The service is poor, employees appear disorganized, irritable and over worked. Despite email notification confirming my prescription was ready for pick up, it was not. After a 35 minute wait in line, I was informed they could have it ready in 45-60 minutes. I told them I would return the following day. I returned a day later and it was "Closed" due to no pharmacist being available. When I returned another day for a SCHEDULED flu shot, the line waiting for service was extremely long and moving very slowly. Folks looked frustrated and reported being in line for over 30 minutes. Some finally gave up and left. Others noted their prescription was not ready after having waited in line for an extended period of time. Previously, I found this Walgreens pharmacy to be efficient and and well managed. Sad to say, that certainly is not my recent experience. I would not recommend this pharmacy until they can improve their service and staffing."
